Steps of use:

1: Select the correct size connector, screw the connector onto a wire and twist the two conductors together. Make sure the ends of the bare wires are clean and tidy (shiny).

2: Move the connector to the middle of the conductor. Be sure to strip the ends of the wires long enough so that they overlap and stay within the solder sleeve area.

3: Use a heat gun or lighter to heat the cable sleeve until the solder ring melts and the adhesive shrinks in size, filling the space in the terminal until its wire melts .

No crimping required

Suitable for hard to reach or space constrained wiring solutions. Because these wire-bond connectors do not require crimping, you can easily use them in hard-to-reach or space-limited environments
