This premium grade low modulus, neutral curing silicone sealant will adhere to both porous and non-porous building materials without a primer to create a waterproof, permanently flexible seal which is resistant to chemicals, wide temperature swings (-50°C - 150°C) and UV light damage. Additionally, since this silicone sealant will cure very quickly, both indoor and outdoor, it will pick up very little dirt ensuring it creates a clean, strong and durable seal in all glazing, facade and roofline applications.

• Great at perimeter pointing around aluminium, PVCu and wood window or door frames.
• Can be used for expansion joint sealing since it has a 25% flexibility factor.
• Suitable for general glaze sealing and draught proofing since it will adhere well to glass, aluminium, soft metals (copper, lead, zinc etc.) as-well as pre-existing sealant.
• Can be used for sealing baths, showers, sinks and other sanitary areas which are exposed to high humidity.
• Can be used to create weatherproof and waterproof seals in both exterior and interior applications since it has very little odour.
• Perfect for use in parapet or roofline applications.
