Induction technology distributes heat evenly without transferring it to the handle, and allows you to cook at lower temperatures to retain maximum flavour and use less energy.

Generously sized at 28cm in diameter and 4.5cm deep - great for cooking for the whole family and cooking larger quantities. Wide ridges help to prevent food coming into contact with grease and fats below and give meals an authentic chargrilled effect.

Thanks to a non-stick interior coating, you get to enjoy low fat grilling using little or no oil. What’s more, this also offers the added benefit of simpler, quicker cleaning.
