This 24V fuel metering pump is specifically designed for Eberspacher Airtronic self-contained diesel heating systems (models D2, D3, D4, B2–B4 and compact/universal versions). Made of stainless steel, it combines mechanical reliability, complete sealing, and precise metering (22 ml/1000 pulses, ±5% error). Its 24V DC operation (21–30V range) and adjustable frequency (1–10 Hz) allow for seamless integration into existing circuits, while its optimized horizontal design (tilt ≤ ±5°) ensures stable suction at a distance of over 1 meter. Compatible with diesel, kerosene, and automotive gasoline, it withstands operating temperatures from 25°C to 40°C, depending on the fuel. With a lifespan tested to over 50 million cycles and increased resistance to salt spray (240 h), it meets the requirements of professional users and demanding individuals in terms of safety, durability and technical compliance.
