Description
This self-adjusting crimping tool is specifically designed for professional electricians, maintenance technicians, and demanding DIY enthusiasts. It automatically adapts to common cable cross-sections: 4 mm², 6 mm², 10 mm², and 16 mm² (AWG 10 to 5 equivalent), covering the majority of domestic and industrial applications (circuit breaker connections, electrical panels, distribution equipment). Its double-action ratchet mechanism, combined with an optimized handle geometry, distributes force evenly, minimizing repetitive stress on the joints. Made of oil-hardened and blackened chrome-vanadium alloy steel, it combines robustness, dimensional accuracy, and thermal stability. Each die is factory-calibrated to guarantee compression compliant with IEC 61238-1 standards. No manual adjustment is required: the tool detects the sleeve cross-section and adjusts the stroke and force in real time. Delivered ready to use, with no initial configuration required.
