Description
This motion-activated wall switch is designed for seamless integration into residential and commercial electrical installations in France. It operates using the PIR (passive infrared) principle to detect temperature variations caused by human movement, with a sensitivity suitable for low loads (from 1W), making it particularly well-suited to modern LED bulbs. The light activation threshold is manually adjustable to ensure triggering only in low-light conditions. The hold time is configurable from 10 seconds to 7 minutes depending on the area of use. Its 160° detection angle and 9m range ensure reliable coverage in common areas (entrance, hallway, WC, garage). Installed between 100 and 180 cm from the floor, it fits into a standard 49 × 49 × 30 mm box (French standard), with an 85 × 85 mm decorative panel for an elegant finish. Its standby power consumption of only 0.1 W and its IP20 protection rating meet the performance, safety and energy efficiency requirements sought by French consumers.
