Q1: After unpacking, I used the remote control to control the therapy lamp for the first time. Why is the therapy light not responding?

A1: Please remove the insulating sheet from the remote control when using it for the first time.

Q2: I used another RF remote control on the therapy lamp, then used the original RF remote control. Why didn't the original RF remote control work?

R2: The original RF remote and therapy light lose pairing if you use another RF remote on the therapy light. Follow the following steps to re-pair them so you can use the RF remote normally original. First, long press the "TIMER RESET" button on the original RF remote. Then the 4 timers (10/20/30/60 minutes) will turn on, which means the original RF remote control and the therapy lamp are paired.
