100-liter replacement bladder – EPDM pressure vessel for drinking water systems – weather and ozone resistant – 100 liters

This replacement diaphragm is suitable for almost all common 80-100 liter expansion vessels used in hot and cold water systems, heating and air conditioning systems, domestic water systems, solar thermal systems, for pressure maintenance, and for irrigation pumps. It is made of ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) rubber and is therefore suitable for drinking water. EPDM rubber: This rubber belongs to the group of elastomers. It is characterized by its resistance to hot air, weathering, and ozone. It is gas-tight, chemical-resistant, and exhibits good vibration and shock absorption properties up to 100 °C. This rubber remains elastic down to a temperature of -70 °C. It is used particularly for hoses, tire treads, diaphragms or steam lines, certain inner linings of containers or tanks, protective films, unvulcanized sealants, as well as tapes or cable ties. Ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber is approved according to Article 4 of the Regulation on the Authorisation of Additives in the Manufacture of Chewing Gum. It is therefore an absolutely safe material for use in drinking water systems.
