Adding the butter: 1) Separate the grease gun head from the barrel. 2) Fully pull the rear pull rod of the grease gun down the barrel; the pull rod will automatically lock. 3) Unscrew the cap from the butter barrel. Place the butter completely into the gun barrel, then tear the seal on the other end of the plain butter. 4) Screw the gun head back on, but do not overtighten. Press and hold the locking tab at the end of the barrel. At this point, the pull rod will automatically retract into the gun barrel. 5) Pull the pull rod down from the body of the grease gun, then push it back into its original position under no load. Repeat this several times until the butter can be squeezed. 6) Tighten the barrel. * Ensure the bottom of the grease is inserted into the grease gun barrel. The edges of the butter should not be damaged or flaked. Otherwise, the rubber stopper in the grease gun barrel cannot be properly inserted into the butter barrel, and the butter cannot be squeezed. If this occurs, correct the above error until the butter can be squeezed normally. "If the butter still cannot be extracted normally, check for air in the grease gun. You can press and hold the two vent nozzles on the gun head to completely expel the air from the gun barrel. *Remember not to reuse the empty oil container. Adding butter to a closed container: 1) Connect the grease gun nozzle to the pump connector and turn it slightly. 2) Grasp the grease gun and pull the pump handle. When the grease is full, the grease gun's pull rod will automatically move backward. When it stops moving, it indicates that the oil has been filled. 3) When the gun barrel is full of oil, gently disconnect the pump connector. Press and hold the locking tab at the end of the barrel. The pull rod will automatically be pushed into the gun barrel to expel any air. *Note: Before doing the When full, please remove the empty barrel from the grease gun.
