General Description

The 11W ultraviolet germicidal lamp is an effective sterilizer designed to eliminate bacteria and algae in just 30 minutes. It is ideal for use in aquariums, cars, refrigerators, and toilets. Thanks to its powerful UV light, it improves water quality and provides optimal conditions for your fish and aquatic plants. Installation

The germicidal lamp must be installed in the filter reservoir and should not be immersed directly in the aquarium. Be sure to connect the lamp to a water pump to circulate the water through the sterilizer.

Usage

For optimal use, it is recommended to use the lamp 3 to 4 times per week, turning it on for approximately 2 hours each time. In case of heavy algae growth or sick fish, you can use it daily for 1 to 2 hours, without exceeding 2 hours of continuous use. The lamp should only be used when water is flowing through it, driven by the pump.

Other Information

Do not look directly at the lamp to avoid damage to your eyes and skin.
Before connecting the power supply, check that the voltage is correct.
The power cord cannot be replaced; if damaged, the device must be discarded.
If the lamp glass is broken, do not use.
Do not use corrosive substances for cleaning.
It is advisable to disconnect the power supply before any maintenance.
