How to use:1. Screw the positioning bolts into the tool body. 2. Select the breaker pin appropriate for the chain being used. 3. Slide the spring up the shaft of the appropriate breaker pin. 4. To break the CAM chain, the upper pin guide must be screwed into the positioning bolt and the lower pin guide must be inserted into the hole in the tool body. Using 2.2 mm breaker pins without guides may damage or destroy the breaker pins. Note: Be sure to cover the CAM chain channel with a clean cloth to prevent parts from falling out. 5. Insert the breaker pin and spring into the positioning bolts. 6. Screw the promotion into the positioning bolt. Only a few turns. Do not overtighten. The breaker pin must always be inserted at least 2 mm into the positioning bolt. Disconnect the chain: 1. The breaker pin must be dented at least 2 mm into the positioning bolt. Positioning bolts less than 2 mm deep may bind. 2. Place one side of the sprocket pin in the center of the hole in the tool body. 3. On the other side of the chain link, lower the positioning bolt above the chain roller pin. 4. Tighten the positioning bolts by hand or with a 14 mm wrench. The positioning bolts should be flush with the chain side plate. Overtightening can cause misalignment of the chain roller pins and damage the breaker pins. The positioning bolt will automatically center itself on the fixed chain roller pin. 5.Use the provided sliding lever or the 14mm wrench to begin tightening the sales pitch to remove it from the chain roller axle.There will be some tension in the bolt when you begin to push.

Every procedure performed with this tool can only be carried out manually using the provided slider or a 14mm wrench.Do not use wrench extension rods or breaker rods. This could damage the tool. Make sure the tools are clean before each use.Tool threads should be lubricated to ensure smooth operation and provide tactile feedback in case of excessive tension or resistance during use. When breaking chains of size 520 or larger, it is recommended (but not mandatory) to grind the chain rivet heads.Roller pins.This minimizes pressure on the tool and helps reduce the risk of damaging the breaker pin.
