Installation
This battery disconnect system is easy to install. Follow these steps:
- Connect the red wire to the positive terminal of the battery and the black wire to the negative terminal.
- The two large terminals on the relay switch form the main switch (one incoming line and one outgoing line).
- For the start control, connect one large terminal to the negative terminal of the battery.
Use
Once installed, this switch allows you to remotely disconnect the power to your vehicle from up to 48.78 meters away. It consumes little power (5 mA in standby) and is easy to use. Note that only the battery circuit is controlled; it cannot start the engine.
Other Information
After installation, when the switch is activated, battery power consumption increases. It is advisable to disconnect the main power supply with the remote control when leaving the car to avoid excessive power loss.
