Features:
There is a window on the back of the drive unit, allowing you to add copper or tin solder yourself.
External pads for the LED and integrated buttons are included for easy connection between the LEDs and buttons on the board and other locations.
The top and bottom MOSFETs are bold and tin-plated to reduce internal resistance and increase current.
The use of 25V low internal resistance and high-frequency capacitors makes the power supplies more stable.
Switch Function: Press the switch for 1.5 seconds (green LED flashes, a low-power spot welding pulse is emitted every 3 seconds); press the switch for 1.5 seconds (blue LED flashes and a medium-power spot welding pulse is emitted every 3 seconds). press the switch for 1.5 seconds (the red light flashes, a high-power spot welding pulse is emitted every 3 seconds); Press the switch for 1.5 seconds to turn off the machine.
This automatic trigger spot welding machine can weld nickel plating (0.1 mm ~ 0.15 mm) on 12V lithium batteries and nickel-chromium batteries with a welding current of 90A ~ 150A.
The following batteries can be used as the working power supply: a car jump starter battery can essentially meet the power requirements of this circuit, such as a 12V car jump starter, a 3S high-discharge battery for model aircraft, a 3-core high-discharge lithium battery, a 12V 20A lead-acid battery with good performance, etc.

Spot welding relies on rapid local heating and cooling with a high current, requiring a sufficient power supply. Generally, the welding current for 0.1mm ~ 0.15mm nickel-plated sheet metal is approximately 90A ~ 150A, so the PCB's working power supply must be greater than or equal to 150A.
