Product information

Description

Due to variations in drain cleaning knowledge, toilet design, the causes of blockages, and their location, no tool, including plumbers, can guarantee to clear every toilet clog. Before purchasing, carefully read the product descriptions and information below to make an informed decision. We hope our drain auger will surprise and delight you by clearing your clog. Or, if you wish to return it, to prevent other new customers from receiving used tools, please contact us first.

Product Positioning: Clarification "Not a One-Stop Solution" This is a toilet unclogging tool specifically designed as a drain auger, equipped with a 4-pronged hook at its end to retrieve small, angular objects (e.g., plastic toys, bottle caps, rags, socks) from the toilet bowl.

Please note: no tool, including costly plumber interventions, can guarantee to clear all clogs. These vary depending on their cause, location, and the user's experience. Read the information below carefully to ensure this product is suitable for your situation before purchasing. Product Dimensions: The toilet auger is 127cm in total length, with a red handle, a flexible stainless steel hose, a spring-loaded cable, and gripping jaws with a diameter of 4cm. Note: This toilet auger cannot be used on pipes with a diameter smaller than 4.06cm. Our drain auger has a maximum reach of 128cm. If the toilet pipe or the location of the clog exceeds this length, our grasping tool will not be able to reach the obstruction. How it differs: "Grabs" vs. "Drain Breakers" Unlike traditional toilet augers (e.g., a standard toilet auger) that crush or push obstructions, our professional drain cleaner uses a 4-pronged grapple to grip and extract debris. It is ideal for removing small, stubborn items but less effective on soft or tangled clogs. Patience over force: the proper technique This drain cleaner relies on controlled extraction, not brute force. As the grapple approaches the clog, gently adjust the angle of the handle (up/down/left/right) and carefully test the trigger. Forcing the trigger or pulling abruptly on the telescopic rod may bend or break it.

Operating Tip: Avoid damaging the trigger. If the trigger handle feels stiff or unresponsive, the grapple may be stuck against the clog or pipe wall. Do not force the trigger—this could break the handle or deform the grapple. Instead, gently rotate the handle while applying light pressure to adjust the grapple angle, and then try again.

Uses: Compared to a traditional 6-inch toilet auger, this drain cleaner offers a wider range of applications. It is suitable for unclogging kitchen sinks, bathrooms, bathtubs, and showers.

This grapple-style drain cleaning tool is also handy for retrieving objects that have fallen into stoves, freezers, cars, appliances, furniture, or any other hard-to-reach place—such as dryer vents—allowing you to recover lost or discarded items and resolve slow drainage or blockage problems.
