Made from M35 cobalt steel, these drill bits are extremely heat resistant and feature a titanium coating for enhanced durability. The set includes a range of sizes from 1.5mm to 6.5mm, making it versatile for various drilling tasks.

  • Size Range: 1.5mm (1/16 inch) to 6.5mm (1/4 inch)
  • Rockwell Hardness: Up to 67
  • Recommended RPM: 1500 or greater for maximum efficiency

    • Usage

  • Ideal for drilling thin metal plates (steel and aluminum), body panels (metal, glass fiber, and plastic), and low carbon steel.
  • Self-centering 135° Quick-Cut points allow for quick penetration with less pressure.
  • When using manual drills, adjust the rotation speed according to the size of the drill bit to prevent damage.
  • For harder metals, use a slower speed and ensure proper cooling.
  • Do not knock the drill bit; ensure the workpiece is fixed to avoid breakage.
