General Description

The 1/4" air pressure regulator is an essential device for filtering moisture and fine particles, ensuring clean, dry air for your pneumatic tools. Its design maintains a constant output pressure, regardless of variations in inlet pressure and flow rate. It is ideal for use in various fields such as air compressors, pneumatic tools, and construction machinery.

Installation

  • Before installing the filter, clean the threaded ports and fittings to prevent any impurities from entering the system of air.
  • Make sure to follow the direction of airflow indicated by the arrow on the filter.
  • Wrap Teflon tape around the fittings to prevent air leaks.

Operation

  • To adjust the pressure, pull the black knob on top and turn it to adjust to the required pressure.
  • Check the pressure using the pressure gauge.
  • To drain the water, manually push the drain needle upwards when air pressure is present.
  • The transparent cup allows you to observe the water and oil levels, but should not exceed 80% of its capacity.
