Bokashi Buckets offer a clean, odourless solution that is simple to use. Just introduce your kitchen waste into the Bokashi Bucket, sprinkle it with Bokashi Bran, and continue this procedure until it's full. Let it sit for 2-3 weeks to undergo fermentation, drawing off liquid periodically. When fermentation is done, you can either bury the waste in your garden soil, add it to a compost heap, or transfer it to a Wormery for further processing if necessary.
