Product information

Description

Nickel Diamond Coating and Nickel Alloy Surface - The diamond coating increases drilling speed and sharpens the drill bit; the nickel-plated surface extends service life and improves surface corrosion resistance; the thickened diamond coating provides excellent cutting force for maximum drilling performance. 16-Piece Diamond Hole Saw Set - Comes with 16 drill bits of various sizes, including 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, 14mm, 16mm, 18mm, 20mm, 22mm, 25mm, 28mm, 30mm, 35mm, 40mm, 45mm, and 50mm. Laser marking ensures the size is clearer than other sizes and less prone to wear. Application - Suitable for drilling holes in glass, marble, ceramic tiles, concrete blocks, fiberglass tiles, slate marble, lightweight granite, etc. Can be used with all electric drills and impact drills. Side Hole Opening and Laser Marking - The side hole design allows for easy removal of debris and keeps the drill bit clean; the laser marking provides a clearer and more durable size mark than others, making it less prone to wear. Note - Do not use on concrete or at depths greater than 1/2 inch to avoid reducing the speed of the diamond tip and the drilling pressure. Since friction between the drill bit and the material quickly generates heat, the drill bit should be kept moist. When using diamond drill bits, please use a lubricant (water); otherwise, the hollow diamond drill bit will overheat and burn. This diamond hole saw set comes with 15 drill bits of various sizes. The opening diameters are 6/8/10/12/14/16/18/20/22/25/28/30/35/40/45/50 mm, which can meet most opening requirements. Diamond hole saws are suitable for drilling hard materials such as tiles, ceramics or glass, hard PVC. Drill through hard materials with water at low speed without impact.

How to use?

a- Use a pen to mark the desired hole, holding the drill bit in place until it marks the initial line. b- Use a variable-speed drill or screwdriver, set to 1 or, in any case, below 400 rpm. Without centering the drill bit, rotate it very slowly at first, then tilt it at a 45° angle (to prevent slipping), drilling slowly from a corner. c- Always rotate the tool slowly, wait until the edge of the drill bit forms a C-shaped groove, then move the drill bit vertically. d- Drilling at low speed and low pressure; drilling is complete. Note: The thickness of the drill material is less than or equal to approximately 3 cm.

The drilling process must be continuously cooled with water!

If possible, please operate under a water pipe; the cooling effect is better. a- You can build a mini dam around it. b- You You can choose to spray water on the tip. c- Or you can use running water to cool the tip.
