Instructions: Step 1: Drill holes with a drill. Insert the dowels and expansion bolts. Place the black waterproof cap over the opening. Step 2: Insert the cable connector into the rear junction box. Connect the cable and ground wire. Step 3: Secure the outlet to the lower junction box with screws. Replace the gray waterproof cap over the opening.
