The wire is made of closely spaced galvanized steel wires.
During manufacturing, the wire is firmly welded at the contact points, resulting in a so-called "spot-welded grid".
The zinc oxidizes relatively easily, so any scratch on the surface leads to the formation of an additional zinc oxide layer, preventing moisture from reaching the steel core.
This process makes our aviary wire particularly resistant to weather influences.
