Product information

Description

PACKAGE CONTENTS: 12 drill bits with a 1mm cutting diameter, 12mm/0.47inch flute length, 33mm/1.3inch overall length, and a 135° split point.

FEATURES: The drill bits are made of M35 high-speed steel with a cobalt content of 4.50% to 5.50%, giving them excellent hardness, wear resistance, heat resistance, and high crack resistance, making them suitable for machining hard metals. The gold finish effectively improves corrosion resistance and extends the drill bit's lifespan.

APPLICATION: The M35 twist drill bit is suitable for professional machining, especially for drilling stainless steel.

It is also suitable for shaping high-hardness materials, including carbon steel, iron, aluminum, copper, plastic, wood, and more.

NOTE: Position the twist drill bit at 90° to the workpiece surface. For thick materials, drill in multiple passes to prevent overheating or breakage. For large holes, start with a pilot hole. Use cutting fluid to improve efficiency, extend tool life, and reduce material damage.

INSTRUCTION: When machining different materials, spindle speed and feed rate will vary. Generally, the harder the material, the lower the spindle speed and feed rate should be. For specific speed and feed rate recommendations for common materials, please refer to the details provided on the product page.
