Installation

Before use, shake the thermometer and make sure it reads less than 35.5℃.

Place it under your armpit for about 5 minutes.

Usage

For an accurate reading, avoid factors that can affect body temperature, such as:

Strenuous exercise

Consuming cold drinks

Consuming alcohol

After 5 minutes, remove the thermometer and read the temperature. A normal temperature is between 36.0 and 37.0°C. Above 37.0°C indicates a high fever, while below 36.0°C indicates a mild fever.
