Whether the damping adhesive opens outwards or inwards does not affect its performance, but an inward opening will look better. 3. When the car body is lifted, the spring is under tension. The spacing between the springs during tension may not match the damping adhesive (so the body should not be raised too high). Try to position the spring within the adhesive slot of the damping adhesive, or from one side into the slot. When slowly lowering the car body, check and ensure the spring is fully seated in both the upper and lower slots of the damping adhesive. 4. Once the damping adhesive is properly installed, it is recommended to secure the damping adhesive and spring with a nylon strap at the damping hole. This prevents loosening or displacement during extended use. Additionally, when the car body is lifted later, the spring tension will be less likely to release from the damping adhesive slot. 5. After installation, it is necessary to check that the spring can be correctly inserted into the upper and lower slots of the spring retainer. If the retainer is installed with an incorrect spacing between the springs, comfort will be affected, and the normal use of the retainer will be compromised. 6. A few days after installation, you can check again if the retainer is properly installed, etc. 7. Later, if the car body is lifted (such as during maintenance or tire changes, etc.), the spring may be stretched out of the retainer slot. Therefore, we should avoid problems and save time. We must check and pay attention to the spring retainer's retainer in the upper and lower slots when removing the body. This is a very simple but important point to overlook.
