The product is exactly as expected although it didn't come with a lightbulb. Not a problem as I'd ordered a smart LED bulb anyway, just something to be aware of. The pendant cable I'd bought didn't fit through the hole and the hole was too big with the central sizer removed (don't know what it's actually called, sorry!) But that could be down to the cable I bought rather than this product. Happy with it though!
