200 Filtres à Peinture Coniques en Nylon avec Entonnoir en Silicone pour Voiture et Revêtement Industriel

High-quality nylon conical paint filters for a perfect finish. Achieve professional results on your painting projects with our set of 200 nylon conical paint filters. Designed specifically for DIY enthusiasts and professionals, these filters ensure reliable and efficient filtration, removing unwanted impurities and foreign matter from the paint. Whether you're working on car bodies, wooden furniture, or industrial coatings, the quality of your finish depends heavily on the cleanliness of your mixture. Our paper sieves with nylon fabric are the ideal solution to guarantee a smooth, flawless application. Why choose our fast paint filters? Quality is at the heart of our product. Each filter has a precise thickness of 100 microns, which traps fine particles while allowing the paint to pass through smoothly. Unlike lower-quality filters, our model is lint-free and resists deformation caused by gravity or the weight of the liquid. This ensures a consistent filtering effect from start to finish on your project. Furthermore, the materials used are waterproof and highly solvent-resistant, making them compatible with all types of paints, including automotive lacquers, varnishes, and industrial coatings. Versatility and wide range of applications: These conical filters are extremely versatile. They fit perfectly into standard funnels and are essential for: Automotive painting: to prevent clogging in spray guns and ensure a smooth coat on the bodywork. Woodworking and furniture making: to filter varnishes and stains to highlight the wood grain without imperfections. Industrial coatings: for a clean and even application on large surfaces. Ease of use and package contents: Use is simple and intuitive. Just place the conical filter in your funnel before pouring the paint. The ergonomic design facilitates pouring without spillage. This complete kit includes 200 conical nylon wallpaper filters, providing ample supply for multiple projects, as well as a reusable silicone filter for added flexibility. Thanks to their solvent resistance, they won't degrade when in contact with harsh chemicals, ensuring that no fibers contaminate your paint. Usage tips for optimal results: To get the most out of these filters, be sure to shake your paint well before filtering. Choose the appropriate mesh size (here, 100 microns) according to the viscosity of your product. If you are using very thick paints, the flow will be slightly slower, but the filtration quality will be superior. Discard the filter after each use to maintain impeccable hygiene and prevent color mixing or dried residue. With this set, you save time by avoiding touch-ups due to impurities and save paint by reducing waste from botched applications. Invest in the quality of your finish today with these durable, efficient, and easy-to-use filters, designed to meet the demands of even the most meticulous painting projects.
