Aquagart wire tensioners are designed for applications where wire and tension cables need to be tightened securely. These tensioners can be easily retightened if the tension loosens over time.

Installation

When tensioning the wires, start from the top and work downwards.

Tighten the wire tensioner in the lower third first, followed by the upper third to evenly distribute the force.

Initially, the wires should be lightly tensioned until all are secured, then retightened to build sufficient pressure.

The tensioner features a movable axis through which the tension wire is threaded.

The wire is then wrapped around the axis twice and tightened using an appropriate tool.
