Much harder and cuts 10 times faster than conventional files. Diamond alloy files are made from high-strength diamond and a high-quality galvanized substrate. They are sharp, wear-resistant, and possess high physical properties.

Total length of 290 mm with a 20 cm blade. Flat shape, 180 grit. Plastic handle, horizontal grit, non-slip and comfortable. Handle dimensions: 90 x 18 mm (L x W). Ideal for large hands and easy to clean.

Cuts smoothly in all directions. Coated on both sides. Diamond files are particularly suitable for precision work and can be used on high-speed steel with a hardness of 69.

Cuts in welds and hardened surfaces where other files cannot.
