Description
tap aerator is a small, inexpensive device that attaches to the aerator tip of a faucet. It allows us to reduce water consumption by 20 to 80%. Its operating principle is quite simple. The aerator's unique internal shape creates a vacuum that draws in air. The water then mixes with only air and, as such, exits the faucet spout. The effect of this is to maintain the same strong water flow, but at a much lower consumption. This aerator will have a 20mm male (external) thread and will fit taps with 20mm female (internal) threads. Before you make the purchase, please take a look at our dimensions diagram to ensure it will fit your faucet. This aerator will reduce the flow rate to just 4 liters per minute, resulting in over 60% water savings. Faucet aerator: 20mm male thread. Will reduce water flow to 4L/min.
