General Description

The AC 220V standalone natural gas leak detector is designed to detect the presence of coal gas and natural gas.It must be installed close to the gas source, within 2.5 m.This device is equipped with an alarm relay with NC and NO outputs, allowing for easy integration into existing security systems.

Installation

For proper installation, ensure that the power and signal cables are correctly connected to the detector.Power on the device and follow the initialization steps.

Operation

The detector operates as follows:

• Warm-up state: Red LED flashes once and the speaker emits a sound.
• Normal state: Green LED flashes once per minute for approximately 3 minutes.
• Monitoring state: Green LED remains continuously lit.
• To test proper operation, press button S1 on the PCB.If the red LED illuminates and the speaker emits a sound, the detector is functioning correctly.If gas is detected, the LED indicator will turn red and flash, and the speaker will emit a beep whose frequency depends on the detected gas density.

• Operating Conditions: Do not install outdoors or in damp locations.
• Avoid areas of strong air circulation, such as near fans or doorways.
• Keep the detector clean by removing dust and moisture.
• In case of malfunction, check the input and output line connections.
• The warranty will be void if the product is opened by the user.
