Description
General Description
This normally closed solenoid valve is an essential actuator for industrial process automation control systems. It allows the flow of fluids in pipes to be automatically activated or deactivated after receiving an electronic control signal.Designed for applications with water, air, oil, and other low-viscosity, non-corrosive fluids, it is ideal for a variety of uses including printing, chemicals, plastics, and more.Technical Specifications
- Body Material: Zinc Alloy + Copper Coil
- Sealing Material: NBR Nitrile Rubber
- Usage: Water, gas, oil
- Control form: Normally closed (on, off)
- Thread diameter: 3/8" (DN10)
- Flow gauge: 4 mm
- Operating temperature: -5 ℃ to 80 ℃
- Using pressure: 1 MPa
Installation
This solenoid valve should be installed horizontally in a dry environment. The flow direction is indicated on the valve body.It is crucial to respect this orientation, as an upside-down installation will prevent the solenoid valve from functioning properly. For connection, two wires must be connected: one to the phase and the other to the neutral, regardless of the direction, taking care to respect the voltage of 220 volts.Use
This solenoid valve is designed to automatically or remotely control the flow of fluids such as water, oil and other liquids. It is particularly useful for cutting off the water supply in the event of flooding, because in the event of a power outage, the solenoid valve closes and isolates the circuit, unlike a normally open solenoid valve which requires energy to close.Features
