Product information
Description
【High Quality】: The solenoid water valve is made of brass with a stainless steel spring sleeve, and the internal components are also stainless steel. The brass water solenoid valve adopts a direct-acting, pressure-free diaphragm structure, which expands its range of applications. The flat diaphragm structure ensures reliable opening and closing, improving the product's lifespan. 【Specifications】: Flow diameter: 16 mm; Input voltage: AC 220 V ± 10%; Power: 15 W; Thread size: G1/2" BSPP (DN15); Pressure: 0-1.0 MPa, Liquid temperature: -5°C to 150°C; Type: Normally closed N/C, water valve; Electrical protection rating: IP 65; Seal material: Viton. Connection method: Ground is connected to the center pin, the left and right pins are L (+) and N (-) respectively. The assignment is variable. We recommend a cable with a minimum cross-section of 0.5 mm², outer diameter of 7 to 9 mm. Brass solenoid valves must be mounted horizontally and should not be used directly with cable reels. Note that the arrows on the valve housing must be aligned with the direction of liquid flow in the pipeline. Function: Since the magnetic coil requires only a small amount of energy after opening/closing, the remaining energy is released as heat. Therefore, it is normal that The solenoid valve may become hot during prolonged operation (up to approximately 80°C). To ensure a long service life, electrically operated brass solenoid valves should not operate for more than 8 hours. Wide range of applications: Our brass solenoid valve can be widely used in domestic, commercial, and medical applications such as traditional irrigation, plant spraying, and data center cooling. Suitable for non-corrosive water, gas, and oil, such as water, air, natural gas, petroleum, diesel, paraffin, etc. Not suitable for strong acids, alkalis, wastewater, industrial gases, and other media. Installation: 1. Before installation, keep the pipe as clean as possible. 2. Before installation, check that the pressure, temperature, and voltage correspond to the actual parameters on the solenoid valve's nameplate. 3. Install using a wrench to tighten the valve body, then screw it onto the pipe. Do not force the coil. To prevent the solenoid valve from bending or deforming, and to ensure that loose connections do not lead to leaks: 4. The solenoid valve should be tested in liquid a few times after installation and run properly before formal use. 5. The solenoid valve's inlet pressure must be higher than its outlet pressure; otherwise, the solenoid valve will not open. Maintenance: 1. Regularly clean the valve housing parts, disassemble them, and check for any broken seals. 2. If the solenoid valve is installed in a branch pipe, its diameter must be smaller than that of the main pipe. 3. If the solenoid valve has not been used for an extended period, it should be tested in liquid several times and run properly before formal use. Specifications: Input Voltage: AC 220V ±10%; Power: 15W; Thread Size: G1/2" BSPP (DN15); Flow diameter: 16 mm; Pressure: 0-1.0 MPa; Liquid temperature: -5 °C to 150 °C; Type: Normally closed (N/C); Protection rating: IP 65; Seal material: Viton; Package contents: 1 x G1/2" brass magnetic valve
