1. Induction heating generates very high power. In addition to the heat generated by the PCB and electronic components, the heating coil also generates significant heat. To prevent the heating coil from burning out and affecting the entire system, ensure that the heating coil's cooling water pump is matched.
2. Exercise caution when using a switching power supply (SPS), as high-power SPSs typically have a slow-start function, where the output voltage increases slowly at first. If the induction heating circuit is switched on before the voltage reaches 11V, the circuit will not vibrate due to insufficient voltage, and the MOSFETs on both sides will light up simultaneously, potentially burning out the components. Therefore, ensure that the SPS voltage is stabilized before connecting it to the induction heating circuit. A pneumatic switch can be connected between the power supply and the main board, and the pneumatic switch can be turned on once the switching power supply is powered on and stabilized.
3. This circuit has very strict power requirements. The 12V power supply must use a power supply greater than 500W, for the 24V power supply greater than 1200W, for the 36V power supply greater than 2000W, and for the 48V power supply greater than 2600W (the recommended operating voltage is 48V).
4. Regardless of the voltage used, as long as the operating current is less than 50A, the circuit will not burn out; therefore, a 50A fuse can be added to protect the circuit during high-power operation.
5. It is inevitable that heat will be generated during high-power operation, so you must use a blowing fan to effectively dissipate the heat during operation.
6. The operating voltage must not be less than 12V.
7.When the heating machine is operating, the heating ring generates a large amount of heat, and water cooling must be used to cool the heating ring to prevent damage to the motherboard due to high temperatures.
8. The power input terminals are marked with positive and negative poles; do not connect them backwards.
9. The heating coil may become deformed during shipping, causing a short circuit between the layers. Please separate the layers before connecting it to the main board; otherwise, it may overload and burn out the main board.
10. Do not turn on without a load (here, no load means the output is not connected to any load; the heating coil is not heating the object and is not considered unloaded), otherwise the board will produce high-frequency noise, instantly burn out the motherboard, and become completely unusable.
