They come with 150 M3 16mm screws, ensuring a complete installation package. The hinges are made from fine steel, providing long-lasting durability and resistance to corrosion and fire.Technical specificationsMaterial: Stainless steelHinge size: 1 inchScrew size: M3 16mmQuantity: 25 hinges and 150 screwsInstallationMount the door in the opening before arranging the hinges.Lay out the mortises on the door and mark each mortise by tracing around the hinge with a utility knife.Set a marking gauge to the thickness of the hinge sheet and mark the depth of the mortises along the inside face of the hinge post.Make a row of shallow chisels the full length of the mortise and test fit the hinge to ensure it is flush with the rail surface.Tap the holes with a steel screw, which is stronger than a brass screw.Install the screws and mount the two hinges on the door.Center the door in the cabinet using wedges and mark the ends of the mortises on the side of the cabinet.Raise the door, remove the hinges, and cut the mortises using the same method as above.UsageSuitable for both outward and inward side of the door.Ideal for cupboard doors and various furniture applications.Other informationThis hinge is very strong but cannot be adjusted once mounted.Please allow 1mm-2mm differences due to manual measurement.The item's color may be slightly different from the pictures due to lighting and screen differences.
