Installation

Introduce food waste to the bucket with a sprinkle of bokashi bran each time.

Once full, clip down the lid with the side handles and let it ferment for 2-3 weeks.

Drain out some of the liquid through the tap every 2-3 days.

Usage

Use the fermented contents by digging them into your garden or adding them to your compost heap or wormery.

The liquid can be diluted and used to water your plants.
