Description
The tap is frost-resistant, as the water recovery valve and spout are made of alloy and the black fixing ring is made of plastic.
The water supply can be quickly shut off using a long steel lever, making it ideal as an outdoor tap for watering the garden.
The tap is screwed on separately and can be replaced if necessary.
A professional seal is normally achieved with thread sealant tape between the external metal thread and the internal plastic thread. The thread direction must be observed.
It will fit most standard British and European IBC containers where the support thread is a coarse S60X6 thread.
