Reinstall if necessary. How do you inspect a hole in the inner tube? Check for air leaks by holding the inner tube close to the sensitive skin of your lips or near your ear. Move the tube around its circumference. If these steps don't work, push the inner tube into water and watch for bubbles in the hole.
