General Description The 3-in-1 digital multi-function tester is designed to measure the quality of drinking water, swimming pool water, aquariums, and hydroponic growing systems. It allows you to test TDS (Total Dissolved Solids), conductivity (EC), and water temperature, and features a large digital LCD screen for easy reading. This product cannot test pH. Press the switch and place the electrode in the solution to be tested. Once the reading is stable, press the HOLD button to save the value. Remove the electrode from the solution and turn off the instrument after taking a reading. Wipe the electrode clean before storing it. To switch from TDS to conductivity, press the SHIFT button. To switch the temperature display between Celsius and Fahrenheit, press the SHIFT button twice. Other information: Automatic shut-off function after 5 minutes of inactivity to conserve battery power. Do not immerse the instrument in the test solution to avoid short circuits. Keep the battery clean and remove it if the instrument will not be used for an extended period.
