General Description

The 3-phase motor frequency inverter is designed to deliver optimal performance with a 380-440V input and a 0-440V output. With a power rating of 7.5kW and a current of 16.1A, this inverter is ideal for motor speed control. Its SMD design ensures high stability and excellent performance.

Installation

Before wiring, ensure the input power is switched off.
Wiring should be carried out by professional electrical technicians.
The grounding terminal must be properly connected.
Check the operation of the emergency stop circuit after wiring.
Do not connect the inverter output wire to the casing and avoid the Short circuits.
Confirm that the AC mains voltage is compatible with the inverter's rated voltage.
Do not perform a withstand voltage test on the inverter.
Connect the braking resistor according to the wiring diagram.
Do not connect the power cord to the U, V, and W output terminals.
Be sure to install the protective cover before powering on.
Disconnect the power before removing the cover.
Do not place the inverter near mechanical equipment when using the reset function.
Do not touch the inverter terminals due to the high voltage present.

The frequency inverter is designed for simple operation with a user-friendly keypad and digital display, making it easy to use.

The housing is made of industrial-grade ABS plastic, offering high impact and heat resistance, as well as good flame retardancy.
The heat sink is approximately three times larger than those of similar products, accompanied by a small, low-noise fan for efficient heat dissipation.
