This set includes one male and one female aviation connector. Made with high-quality materials, the shell is constructed from PA66 and PA6, offering excellent corrosion resistance and high flexibility, even at low temperatures, eliminating any risk of cracking. The internal insulation is made of thermoplastic PPS, capable of withstanding high temperatures up to 220°C. The contacts are the heart of this connector: they are made of pure copper and gold-plated, ensuring excellent conductivity and oxidation resistance for a long service life. They are solid, making them highly resistant to repeated plugging and unplugging (more than 500 cycles). The wires are connected by tin soldering, a simple method that guarantees a firm and secure connection. The connector is a threaded type (rear nut) with an M16 x 1.5mm specification. It is IP68 rated, offering perfect protection against dust and prolonged immersion. This specific model is an SP16 connector with a working voltage of 380V and a rated current of 10A. The diameter of the copper contact pin is approximately 1.8mm, suitable for cables up to 1.5 mm² (AWG 14). The recommended cable diameter for the housing is Φ6 to 7.5mm. Its operating temperature range is -25°C to +85°C.
