Description
🔹【Smooth Operation】The pulley surface is precision polished, free of burrs and scratches, protecting the steel cable from wear. Bearings on both sides allow for extremely smooth rotation and ensure quiet, noise-free operation. The maximum permissible load is 200 kg.
🔹【Stainless Steel】For optimal performance, the majority of components are made of corrosion- and rust-resistant 304 stainless steel, with the exception of the fixing screw, which is made of high-strength carbon steel. You can replace the screw as needed or apply lubricant regularly.
🔹【Magnetism】Due to the cold forming and welding processes, some 304 stainless steel parts (especially near welds) may exhibit slight magnetization. This normal physical phenomenon is due to the transformation of austenite into martensite, but does not affect the material's strength.
🔹【Swivel Link】The M10 upper retaining ring allows for a full 360° rotation in all directions, automatically aligns with the pulling direction, and effectively prevents twisting, tangling, and lateral stress on the steel cable, reducing wear and significantly extending the service life of the pulley and cable.
Notes:
Regular Lubrication: If a bearing is present inside the swivel ring, regularly apply oil or grease to prevent corrosion and seizing.
Wear Check: Check that the threads, axle, and bearings are neither loose nor worn to ensure safety.
Do Not Overload: Even though the ring rotates, the permissible load limit must always be observed.
