Installation

Step 1: Wad a soft ball of paper and optionally add dry leaves or small dry branches.

Step 2: Add coals.

Step 3: Ignite the newspaper.

Step 4: Place the starter on your grill and wait until the bottom layer of charcoal has turned red (approximately 20 minutes).

Step 5: Wearing gloves, grasp the thermoplastic handle with one hand and the wire top handle with the other to direct the fuel onto your charcoal grate.

Usage

This chimney starter provides a clean and chemical-free way to start your barbecue. The larger holes at the bottom allow for faster lighting, while the large handle with heat shield ensures controlled pouring of the charcoal.
