Product information

Description

Superior Quality: Our glass hole saw with a positioning pilot drill is made of high-quality diamond, with a solid hardened steel body. The surface is finished with a nickel-plated coating, ensuring high hardness, rust resistance, corrosion resistance, sturdiness, and durability.

Precise Positioning Pilot Design: Each tile hole saw is designed with a removable positioning pilot drill. The pilot drill's cutting head is also diamond-coated, making it sharper and more durable. This effectively fixes the hole saw's drilling position for quick hole cutting.

Dimensions: Cutting diameter: 35 mm, cutting depth: 30 mm, overall length: 70 mm, triangular shank diameter.

9.5 mm.

Sharp and clean holes: These diamond drill bits with a thicker diamond coating make the groove edge sharper, allowing them to cut precise, flat-bottomed holes without chipping on smooth surfaces such as ceramic tiles, glass, marble, granite, and terrazzo. (Cutting depth up to 30 mm)

Easy to use: The operation is simple, requiring no special guiding tools. Use the tile hole saw with the positioning bit to locate the hole, remove the positioning bit after placement, and then cut the hole directly with the tile hole saw. Note: During the cutting process, remember to add water or coolant to prolong the life of the hole saw.
