Multiple applications

The silicone strip is flexible and adapts to any material and shape; it also adheres to dirty, oily or wet surfaces.

Keep clean. Make sure that dust, grease or similar substances cannot impair the self-vulcanization properties of the tape.

Note: In case of high pressure in the pipe, the tape must be tightly rolled several times (at least 10 times). When used correctly, our self-sealing silicone tape can withstand pressures of up to 20 bar.

Example of use: To achieve the desired tear resistance at water pressures of up to 10 bar, we recommend applying at least two turns of 1 mm thick tape and at least four turns of 0.5 mm tape.

A quick press and you're done. In a few seconds, everything is watertight.

Tip: If you hold the end of the strip down for a long time, dirt particles may accumulate. This can prevent the tip from adhering properly to the tape. In this case, simply cut off the excess end.
