General Information: Single-sided aluminum foil tape with added fiberglass fabric, designed for various technical applications of insulation and cold protection in the domestic and automotive industries. Reinforced with fiberglass, it is suitable for bonding insulating mats and segments in heating and ventilation systems. The bonding layer is a special acrylic adhesive. It reflects light and heat. Application: In the field of air conditioning, ventilation, and heating, for assembling and sealing insulating mats and segments with a fiberglass-reinforced aluminum sheath. Universal use – as a repair (patch), sealant, and cladding, both indoors and outdoors. This specialized fiberglass tape is available in three different thicknesses: 48 mm, 75 mm, and 100 mm. The aluminum foil is reinforced with a fiberglass mesh, adhesive, and silicone paper. The aluminum backing reflects heat and light. Good resistance to low and high temperatures (-35°C to +120°C). Good resistance to uneven surfaces. High mechanical strength. The tape has very good mechanical properties and provides replacement protection and a barrier against intrusion. Application: Apply to dry, clean, grease-free surfaces free from other surfaces. The optimal application temperature is 10–40°C. Apply the tape by applying tension and pressure. Storage conditions: Store the product in a dry place and keep it in its original packaging. Protect the box from mechanical damage. Recommended storage temperature: up to 25°C. The composition is not harmful to humans or the environment.
