Product information

Description

🔹Note – On first use, it is recommended to lightly tighten the nozzle at approximately 250°C to prevent material leakage. However, do not apply excessive force. The 0.2 mm nozzle should not be used with abrasive consumables containing carbon fibers, fiberglass, metal particles, etc., as this could easily cause clogging or wear of the nozzle.
🔹Interchangeable Nozzles – When replacing nozzles, disassembly and assembly should be performed at a temperature of approximately 250°C. Use the two small wrenches provided to unscrew the nozzles clockwise. Avoid handling them when cold, as this could cause the threads to seize or damage the nozzle.
🔹3 Nozzle Sizes – 0.4 mm as a universal standard nozzle, 0.8 mm and 0.6 mm for fast, large-format printing. Clean after use to prevent carbonization and clogging.
🔹Compatibility – Ideally suited for the Bambu Lab A1 and A1 Mini. Thanks to the magnetic design, mounting is quick, simple, and precise. Ensure that the nozzle is only replaced once the hotend has completely cooled.
🔹Durable Material – Made of high-quality hardened steel, it offers exceptional wear resistance and excellent high-temperature performance. Supports common filaments such as PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, and TPU, providing wide versatility for various printing requirements.

đź’Ž High-Performance Nozzles: Precision, Speed, and Durability Combined

For Bambu PLA-CF/PETG-CF filaments, we recommend using a 0.4 mm hardened steel nozzle – it ensures consistent print results, is less prone to clogging, and guarantees excellent surface quality. For other carbon fiber or glass fiber reinforced filaments: we recommend a 0.6 mm or 0.8 mm hardened steel nozzle to minimize the risk of clogging and wear. ⚠️ Do not use the 0.2 mm nozzle with these materials, as this may cause clogging or permanent damage. 🎯 Choose the nozzle size that best suits your needs: 0.2 mm: Maximum detail – ideal for small, intricate models and fine structures. 0.4 mm: General purpose – optimal balance between printing speed and precision, perfect for everyday use. 0.6 mm: Fast printing – increases efficiency for large models. 0.8 mm: Ultra-high speed – specially optimized for large parts and prototypes.

âś… Usage tips:
Regularly check the condition of your nozzle and clean or replace it as needed to ensure consistently optimal print quality.
