Product information
Description
✔This is a 4-channel PWM fan speed controller. It can only control 12V four-wire fans that support PWM speed control. For example, many 12V four-wire case or CPU fans cannot control 2- or 3-wire fans.
✔If the fan speed changes and the setting direction is reversed, this means the fan is running in reverse. The setting point (PF) must be shorted with solder, and the power supply must be turned off before operation to avoid damage! The shorted PWM signal changes in the opposite direction when the setting is reversed, and the fan running in reverse can then run in forward mode.
✔Pay attention to the positive and negative terminals and the supply voltage. Once the fan is connected to the power supply, it can be used. The potentiometer is turned counterclockwise to the end, and the end when turned clockwise is the maximum setting. A separate small adjustable resistor (start-up speed setting) on the board is used to set the speed of the currently open position. Fan current: 3 A. This current is limited by switches and connectors. For fans drawing more than 3 A, connect a high-current fan: The positive and negative terminals of the fan's power supply can be connected to the power supply, or the positive and negative terminals of the fan can be connected separately to the power supply, and the negative terminal of the fan can be connected to the negative terminal of the board. Speed measurement and control are connected to the board. Consumption: less than 20 mA without a fan. PWM signal model: 0–5 V, 25 kHz. PWM signal output range: 0% to 100%. PWM adjustment start range: 0% to 60%. Output interface 2510-4P, 2.54 mm pitch. Size 26 x 20 mm, knob screw extension 15 mm, installation hole 7 mm
