Benefit: The pressure-sensitive polystyrene foam seal effectively prevents dust, moisture, and dirt from entering the container and prevents leaks and odors. This keeps dry or powdered products fresh at all times. It also protects your products from tampering. Induction sealing machines or heat-shrink tubing are not required for these sealing rings.

Instructions: 1. Ensure that the lid to which the seal is to be attached is clean and free of water stains or oil residue. 2. Place the seal in the lid with the labeled side facing down and press it down lightly to secure it. 3. Then screw the lid on as tightly as possible. The seal is activated by the pressure of the lid and adheres within 12 to 24 hours (not a strong bond). Application: The foam lid gaskets feature a twist-activated coating. After tightening the lid, they can be adhered to glass, plastic, and metal containers, as well as round containers with metal or plastic lids and closures. NOTE: 1. Please select the correct size before ordering. 2. Once the gasket has been removed, airtightness is no longer guaranteed upon reuse. 3. These pressure-sensitive gaskets are best suited for powdered or dry products; they are not suitable for oily applications. Avoid overfilling the container. 4. It is recommended to wait sufficient time after installation before removing the lid. Instructions: 1.
