Advantage: The pressure-sensitive seal, made of polystyrene foam, effectively prevents dust, moisture, and dirt from entering the container and prevents leaks and odors, keeping dry or powdered products fresh at all times. It also protects your products from tampering. No need for induction sealers or heat-shrink tubing with these liner seals.

Instructions: 1. Ensure the cap where the seal is to be attached is clean, free of water spots or oily residue; 2. Place the lettered side of the seal into the cap and apply slight pressure to secure it firmly; 3. Finally, screw the cap on as tightly as possible. The seal is activated by the pressure of the cap and will adhere within 12 to 24 hours (not a strong bond).

Application: The foam lid liners are coated with a twist-activated coating. After tightening the lid, they can be glued onto glass, plastic, and metal jars, as well as round containers with metal or plastic lids and closures.

NOTE: 1. Please ensure you select the correct size before ordering. 2. Once the seal is removed, its sealing ability will be affected upon reuse. 3. These pressure-sensitive liners are best used with powdered or dry products; they are not suitable for applications containing oil.

Avoid overfilling the container. 4. It is recommended to wait a sufficient amount of time before removing the lid after installation.
