General description

For effective pond construction, a good underlay is essential. The use of pond fleece is recommended to protect the pond liner from damage caused by the ground, such as rocky substrates, burrowing by moles, and root growth from trees and shrubs. To ensure optimal protection, it is advisable to use pond fleece both beneath and above the pond liner to prevent damage that may arise from use as a swimming pond or due to high water pressure acting on sharp stones in the water.
