1. This machine is very precise. When running, the speed is high. If fine sand or iron filings enter the movement, the blade can break and cause the machine to malfunction. Therefore, ensure the air intake is clean.
2. Be sure to use an oil-water separator and drain it regularly to ensure the machine is dry.
3. Before using it daily, be sure to add 3 to 5 drops of pneumatic oil to the machine's air intake and connect the air pump at idle.
Need to know how to change the disc on the eccentric pneumatic grinder:
1. Locate the keyhole.
2. Insert the positioning pin into the keyhole and hold the pin in place.
3. Turn right and replace the sand pad.
